This was my first time ever transporting a vehicle - I life in Florida and my son lives in Iowa City, Iowa going to grad school. Needless to say that as a parent I have been worried sick about him not having a car. So I was really putting all of my trust in AAA Auto to make certain that the car arrived and arrived on time.
I was dispatched out to G&C Transport out of DesMoines - amazingly great company, extremely friendly and communicative. They made me feel like that had known me for quite a while and that I would be just fine - there was nothing to worry about.
They arrived within the allowed time frame and the dropped the car within that time frame as well. Because my son was without a vehicle, they went so far as to make certain that the car was delivered to him at his choosing - all this at a time when it was 83 degress in florida and a massive snow storm throughout every other part of the country. It was below "0" degrees when the car arrived - and mom was happy at last to have everything to have gone as smooth as it did.
So Thanks so much AAA Auto for a great job well done.
